Rental manager (M/F) - Paris
Proudreed is France's leading private property company, with a growing portfolio of assets worth €3.2 billion. It owns, manages and develops over the long term a portfolio of exclusively commercial property for more than a thousand customers, in over 720 buildings throughout France.
As part of a replacement, Proudreed is recruiting a rental manager on a fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months.
Reporting to the Rental Management Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your portfolio is well maintained.
The position involves numerous interactions with the other departments of the company (accounting, asset management, technical).
Missions
Your main missions are as follows:
- Treatment of leases, amendments and holidays
- Receipt and control of rent indexations
- Elaboration of rental expense reports
- Property and office tax processing and billing
- Entering building expense budgets
This list is not exhaustive but covers most of your responsibilities.
Profil
You have a particular attraction for professional real estate
Formation
With a higher education in compatibility or real estate (BAC +2/3 level), you are rigorous, methodical, organized and you have team spirit and a sense of priorities.
Qualités personnelles importantes
Ideally, you have acquired a first experience in the real estate sector.
Experience with Premiance tools would be a plus.
