In order to carry out this transition, we created our brand: Veellage.
More than just a brand, Veellage is a modern concept that ushers business parks into a new, innovative and more sustainable era. Our ambition is to make our Veellages places to work and live for our clients, our clients' clients, and our clients' employees. The name Veellage is a nod to the double ee of Proudreed. It draws its inspiration from the traditional French village rooted in the regions. Spontaneously, it evokes the community, diversity, and conviviality among the inhabitants of villages of old.

A distinctive architectural identity
Our buildings within our Veellages are designed following a bold architectural charter. The careful design of our buildings brings business parks into a new dimension, more contemporary and visually harmonious. Particular attention is paid to the choice of noble materials. Our buildings are designed to be functional and modular for our clients.
An ambitious environmental focus
We pay particular attention to sustainable development. Through our landscaping charter, guidelines are provided with a choice of plants adapted to the environmental and climatic context, promoting biodiversity. The electric vehicle charging stations installed on our assets allow us to support our clients towards soft mobility solutions. Thanks to the BMS (Building Management System) implemented on our assets, we control and manage our impact on the environment.
A space dedicated to art
Within our business parks, we wish to give a more important place to art and culture. Therefore, we are beginning to install works of art in our Veellages. For each call for projects, we collaborate with local artists whose works highlight a specific theme linked to the city where it is located, sometimes making it possible to retrace its history.
The Veellage square
Just like a traditional village, our buildings are organized around a central square, complete with seating and artwork. This community space, named Place du Veellage, is designed to foster connections, interactions, and the well-being of our tenants.

MBy Proudreed buildings are modular spaces that combine, in a single location, 80% of ground floor activity space and 20% of mezzanine office space, in units starting at 300 m².
SBy Proudreed
SBy Proudreed provides units of 100 to 150 square meters, suitable for shops, showrooms, offices, or workshops.
Bby Proudreed
B for Bureaux (Offices in french), Bby Proudreed buildings are BREEAM-certified and combine ground-floor retail spaces with upper-floor offices
Mixed-use buildings
Mixed-use buildings offer activity units on the ground floor and office spaces on the first floor.
Turnkey building
We are able to develop custom-built, turnkey buildings tailored to our clients' specific needs in terms of size and infrastructure.
