Our commercial real estate portfolio consists of local logistics hubs, urban distribution facilities, and, primarily, business parks and office buildings, which constitute our core business and account for 67% of our industrial portfolio’s revenue.

We design and develop our business parks on our own, and expand our portfolio through opportunistic acquisitions.
Light industrial parks are our core area of expertise. Located throughout France, our business parks are strategically situated and, above all, flexible and modular, making them suitable for a variety of uses: small-scale manufacturing, leisure, and showrooms. This adaptability allows us to meet the specific expectations and needs of each of our clients.
Our light industrial buildings, whether single-tenant or multi-tenant, are primarily leased to B2B companies, ranging from SMEs to large corporations. This segment, which accounts for 67% of our revenue, is the cornerstone of our expertise. Among our many projects, we have created the Veellage brand, an innovative concept characterized by a modern architectural signature, ambitious landscaping, and a central plaza dedicated to art.

For urban distribution, we set aside specific areas within our logistics warehouses, which are located in the heart of our light industrial parks. This makes them excellent locations for urban delivery operations, as evidenced by FedEx’s presence at our Elancourt site (78) and Amazon’s presence within our Veellage in Strasbourg – Parc des Forges (67).

A promising industry
Data centers represent a rapidly growing asset class, driven by the increasing demand for data storage and processing. Proudreed is supporting this trend by incorporating this type of infrastructure into its business parks. We currently have several data centers located in our Veellage sites, such as in Strasbourg (67), Seclin (59), and Collégien (77), near strategic energy hubs. We are also exploring new development opportunities to support the growth of these applications.
