The Proudreed DNA

Since 1999, Proudreed has been continuously expanding and strengthening its position in the real estate market. With nearly 140 employees, Proudreed is dedicated to creating innovative workspaces and providing efficient working environments for its clients.

At the heart of Proudreed is a strong corporate culture built on three pillars:

Audacity

Every day, our teams demonstrate agility and creativity. Our motto is to think outside the box and explore all possibilities. This translates into highly customized responses and solutions that are systematically subject to in-depth legal, technical, environmental, and financial analysis.

Cohesion

Although spread across France, our employees gather quarterly at our Parisian headquarters to share their overall vision of the company and strengthen team cohesion.

Innovation

In a constant drive to evolve and better meet our clients' future needs and challenges, we place innovation at the heart of our thinking. Our Innovation department leads cross-functional projects involving all company departments.

A stimulating and inclusive working environment

We are committed every day to providing our employees with a stable and stimulating working environment.

We are convinced that this is the foundation for efficient operations and harmonious collaboration. With an average tenure of 7 years, we are proud of our employees' loyalty, reflecting our ability to provide a pleasant working environment.

‍

This aspect has been particularly highlighted by the 2023 HappyIndex®AtWork accreditation, which underscores our commitment and the concrete actions taken internally.
