A clear and ambitious sustainable strategy
Our CSR strategy
Our CSR strategy aims to significantly reduce CO2 emissions at every stage of our buildings' lifecycle by incorporating sustainable construction practices, optimizing the energy efficiency of our infrastructure, and promoting the use of renewable energy sources.
The 3 pillars of our sustainable strategy
These three pillars are supported by ambitious goals and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Proudreed's social and environmental responsibility.

We focus on several crucial issues
Our energy and climate strategy focuses on several critical issues, including the establishment of a comprehensive carbon footprint database and ESG certifications, the training of our clients in eco-friendly practices, the renovation of our infrastructure, the adoption of green energy for common areas, and the rigorous management of our energy consumption.
In the short term,
by 2026
We have set ambitious goals to complete 90% of the data required for our carbon accounting, train 50% of our clients in eco-friendly practices, create a dedicated renewable energy division, and use 100% green energy in our common areas.
In the medium term,
by 2030
We are aiming for a 35% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from our portfolio in operation compared with 2023, ISO 50 001 certification for our various business lines, training for 100% of our customers and maintaining a trajectory of 1.5° according to the CREEM method.
In the long term,
by 2050
We aspire to achieve the ambitious goal of zero net carbon emissions.
We focus on several crucial issues
We are committed to limiting the artificialization of land and promoting land conservation, by favouring the redevelopment of brownfield sites and innovating to increase the vertical density of our business parks. We are also taking action to promote biodiversity and islands of freshness, notably through our landscape charter, by creating green spaces with endogenous species and facilities for flora and fauna.
In the short term,
by 2026
Our goal is to use permeable solutions for 100% of our pedestrian paths and to achieve a minimum of 50% native species in our development projects and to increase tenfold the efforts made to limit the artificialization of land and urban heat islands.
In the medium term,
by 2030
We plan to achieve 50% permeable parking spaces at our sites, significantly increase the number of trees planted, ensure that at least 80% of the species used are native, and implement natural phytoremediation on 100% of our projects.
In the long term,
by 2050
Our goal is to achieve zero net artificialisation of land, and to offset our remaining carbon emissions by preserving and creating carbon sinks, thereby ensuring that our developments have a minimal ecological footprint.
We focus on several crucial issues
We focus on water resource management, as well as site waste management and the use of recycled and bio-sourced materials in our new buildings.
In the short term,
by 2026
Our mission is to collect the essential data we need to set ourselves ambitious targets for preserving resources. We also ambitious to train 100% of our technical teams in water management to put in place the best practices to preserve them.
In the medium term,
by 2030
Our goal is to equip 100% of our sites with remote monitoring systems and water-saving devices, reuse 80% of demolition waste, and systematically incorporate bio-based and recycled materials into all our projects.
In the long term,
by 2050
We aim to implement solutions that enable rainwater to be reused directly on site, and to reuse as many materials and waste products as possible from deconstruction of our projects. We are also committed to working with local companies and sourcing our materials through regional, French and European channels.
