Energy & Climate

We focus on reducing our greenhouse gas emissions

Our energy and climate strategy focuses on several critical issues, including the establishment of a comprehensive carbon footprint database and ESG certifications, the training of our clients in eco-friendly practices, the renovation of our infrastructure, the adoption of green energy for common areas, and the rigorous management of our energy consumption.

In the short term,
by 2026

We have set ambitious goals to complete 90% of the data required for our carbon accounting, raise awareness of energy and climate issues among 50% of our clients, put in place a strategy for implementing renewable energies in our properties, and use 100% green energy in our common areas.

In the medium term,
by 2030

We are aiming for a 35% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from our portfolio in operation compared with 2023, raising awareness for 100% of our customers and maintaining a trajectory of 1.5° according to the CRREM method.

In the long term,
by 2050

We aspire to achieve the ambitious goal of zero net carbon emissions.

Biodiversity

We focus on preserving biodiversity

We are committed to limiting the artificialization of land and promoting land conservation, by favouring the redevelopment of brownfield sites and innovating to increase the vertical density of our business parks. We are also taking action to promote biodiversity and islands of freshness, notably through our landscape charter, by creating green spaces with endogenous species and facilities for flora and fauna.

In the short term,
by 2026

Our goal is to use permeable solutions for 100% of our pedestrian paths and to achieve a minimum of 50% native species in our development projects and to increase tenfold the efforts made to limit the artificialization of land and urban heat islands.

In the medium term,
by 2030

We plan to substantially increase the number of permeable parking spaces on our development sites, significantly increase the number of trees planted, guarantee a plant palette with endogenous species, and implement natural phytoremediation on 100% of our projects.

In the long term,
by 2050

Our goal is to achieve zero net artificialisation of land, and to offset our remaining carbon emissions by preserving and creating carbon sinks, thereby ensuring that our developments have a minimal ecological footprint.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

We focus on reusing resources

We focus on water resource management, as well as site waste management and the use of recycled and bio-sourced materials in our new buildings.

In the short term,
by 2026

Our mission is to collect the essential data we need to set ourselves ambitious targets for preserving resources. We also ambitious to train 100% of our technical teams in water management to put in place the best practices to preserve them.

In the medium term,
by 2030

Our goal is to equip 100% of our sites with remote metering systems and water-saving solutions, to achieve over 80% reuse and recycling of construction waste, and to systematically incorporate biobased and recycled materials in all our projects.

In the long term,
by 2050

We aim to implement solutions that enable rainwater to be reused directly on site, and to reuse as many materials and waste products as possible from deconstruction of our projects. We are also committed to working with local companies and sourcing our materials through regional, French and European channels.
