It draws its inspiration from the traditional French village rooted in the regions. Spontaneously, it evokes the community, diversity, and conviviality among the inhabitants of villages of old.

We pay particular attention to sustainable development. Through our landscaping charter, guidelines are provided with a choice of plants adapted to the environmental and climatic context, promoting biodiversity. The electric vehicle charging stations installed on our assets allow us to support our clients towards soft mobility solutions. Thanks to the BMS (Building Management System) implemented on our assets, we control and manage our impact on the environment.

Proudreed also incorporates a cultural dimension—one of the pillars of sustainable development—through the integration of artworks that raise awareness among occupants and support local artists.
