We manage our own portfolio and also manage several portfolios on behalf of third parties: a portfolio of non-industrial assets, consisting of office and retail properties in France, on behalf of the British group M Core; and a portfolio of industrial assets, consisting of light industrial parks in France, on behalf of the investment firm Partners Group.
Expert management of light industrial parks
Light industrial parks have long been a cornerstone of Proudreed’s expertise and account for a significant portion of its portfolio. We manage our own assets and also assist third parties in managing their light industrial parks. Located throughout France, these light industrials parks are managed by our regional offices, such as the sites in Pau (64), Chanteloup-en-Brie (77), and Courtry (77).

From retail park to shopping center
Our commercial portfolio comprises a diverse range of assets, including retail parks, shopping centers, ground floor retail units, and standalone retail buildings on the outskirts of urban areas. This asset diversity allows us to have a presence throughout France, in both urban and suburban areas, accommodating three main categories of tenants: retailers such as Action, leisure businesses like Basic Fit and King Jouet, and local services such as restaurants.
