Work-study CSR project manager
Proudreed is France's leading private property company, with a growing portfolio of assets worth €3.2 billion. It owns, manages and develops over the long term a portfolio of exclusively commercial property for more than a thousand customers, in over 720 buildings throughout France.
Within the CSR, Marketing & Innovation Department, you will contribute to the various strategies put in place to face environmental, economic, social and governance challenges, today and tomorrow. You will participate in the collection and reporting of company ESG data, in the monitoring and analysis of KPI's, as well as in the development of new actions with a positive impact.
Missions
As a CSR project manager, your missions will be as follows:
- Develop strategies to optimize ESG data collection
- Measuring GHG emissions from business activities
- Suggest actions/solutions to improve the impact of the company
- Contribute to the reflections concerning the VSME voluntary sustainability report and the 2028 CSRD directive
- Participate in the internal and external communication of our CSR strategy
- Conduct a legal review of regulations related to CSR
- Establishing reports on the group's ESG KPI's
- Collect and process raw data from our database
- Conduct benchmarks on the sustainability reports of real estate players
Profil
You are looking for a work-study contract for 1 year or, ideally, 2 years.
You love the real estate sector and are ready to meet the challenges of ecological transition related to all stages of the life cycle of buildings for tertiary use.
Your skills include:
- Office pack, Excel,
- Communication tools (Power Point, web)
- AI tools
Formation
With a bachelor's or bachelor's degree specializing in sustainable development or CSR and preparing for a Master 1 and 2 Sustainable Development or equivalent training, you have good knowledge on these subjects, and above all, you are dynamic, motivated and optimistic.
