Our portfolio consists of over 760 real estate assets spread across the entire French territory, of which 47% are represented by light industrial, our core business. The granularity of our portfolio and our national presence illustrate our ability to meet the diverse needs of our more than 1,717 clients.

Proof of its know-how and innovative spirit, Proudreed created the concepts of mBy and sBy. MBy buildings offer modular premises, composed of 80% of activity and 20% of offices. The Sby concept offers surfaces adapted to the installation of shops, workshops or showrooms.

A significant step for its business, Proudreed has chosen to part with an important portfolio composed of logistics assets, in order to refocus on its core business: the business park.

Creation of the Property Management department

Since the quality of customer relationships is a priority for Proudreed, we have chosen to internalize Property Management missions. The creation of this team dedicated to the technical management of our buildings makes it possible to further strengthen the links and the close proximity that we maintain with our customers.

Creation of the Veellage brand

In 2020, the business park designed and imagined by Proudreed took on a new dimension and became Veellage. This innovative concept is based on contemporary architecture and ambitious landscaping, thus offering a pleasant living and working environment for its occupants.

By acquiring a shopping center in Madrid, Proudreed is accelerating its development in Europe and diversifying its investment strategy by creating its subsidiary Proudreed Spain.
