As of May 5, 2026, Blackstone now controls Proudreed’s industrial portfolio and its management platform, representing more than 500 assets valued at €2.3 billion. Proudreed is capitalizing on a pipeline of 67 projects currently under development and intends to leverage Blackstone’s financial strength to pursue new acquisition opportunities and accelerate its overall development volume.
