The Veellage de Bobigny is the first project to verticalize business premises designed by Proudreed. This superimposed building, 18 meters high, is mainly intended for industrial companies. It meets the architectural charter established by Proudreed: wooden balconies, mezzanine offices, green roof, neat landscape shutter.
The project is divided into 33 lots: 22 cells of 275 m² with spinning mezzanines of approximately 75 m². These 22 cells will take the form of a two-sided building of 11 lots on which the vertical extension of 11 additional cells will be placed.
The upper floor will be accessible by a ramp allowing access for vehicles up to 7.5 tons.
