Performance & Data Analyst (H/F)
Proudreed is France's leading private property company, with a growing portfolio of assets worth €3.2 billion. It owns, manages and develops over the long term a portfolio of exclusively commercial property for more than a thousand customers, in over 720 buildings throughout France.
Within the Proudreed organization, the Technical Department plays 2 main roles:
- Property Management (maintenance)
- Project Management (renovation and construction).
As part of a job creation, Proudreed is looking for a Data and Operational Performance Analyst for the technical department (M/F).
The position, to be filled as soon as possible, is based in Paris 16th.
Missions
Key position in the organization and under the authority of the Technical Director, the missions include the following:
1. DATA part:
- Build the necessary databases for the technical department in conjunction with the teams
- Collect and analyze the various sources of measurable internal data, translate them into quality and/or performance indicators
- Create dashboards, set up KPIs and performance reports to give a coherent vision of results to the various teams
- Set up processes/requests and automations, in collaboration with the IT department
- Produce business analyses and recommendations to managers
2. Contribution within the technical department in collaboration with the operational analyst
- Create new financial and extra-financial operational performance indicators (IFRS, CSRD,...)
- Interfacing, as required, with the Information Department and the Financial Department for the accomplishment of the mission and transmission of data
- Coordinate with the employees of the technical department the feedback of the KPIs to manage the reports
- Alert the technical director in real time in the event of a drift detected
- Participate in the group's budgetary processes according to the schedule communicated by the Controlling Department
- Communicate data on the activity of the technical department internally and externally
- Build a purchasing map to be distributed periodically
- Collect and transmit CSR information on Development projects in partnership with the CSR department
Profil
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Management software practice such as PREMIANCE or equivalent (ERP)
- Mastering Power BI is an advantage
Formation
With a Bac+3/4 degree in Data Management, you ideally have prior experience in the real estate/building sector
